How quickly will you get back to me?
Usually the same working day, and always within one. The enquiry form is the quickest route to a useful reply — it reaches us whether or not we are up on scaffold, and it lets you attach photos so our first answer can be a real one rather than a request for more information.
Is a quotation free?
Yes. The site visit and the written quotation are both free and come with no obligation.
What should I send with my enquiry?
Photos are the single most useful thing — a couple of each elevation, plus close-ups of anything that concerns you such as cracking or blown render. Your postcode and a rough idea of timing help us plan the visit.
Do you charge for the site visit?
No. We'd rather come and look than quote blind, so the visit is on us whether or not you go ahead.
