Our patch
Local to the North West
We're based in the North West and work across it. Cheshire and South Manchester are our busiest areas by some distance, followed by the Wirral, Chester, Liverpool and Wigan, with selected projects over the border into North Wales.
Local knowledge matters more in rendering than people expect. Exposure is the main reason: a west-facing elevation on the Wirral coast takes a battering that an inland Cheshire village simply doesn't, and the right system for one isn't automatically the right system for the other. Housing stock varies too — the solid-wall Victorian and Edwardian properties common across south Manchester behave very differently from the blockwork on a new Cheshire development.
Being local also means we can get out to survey quickly, and get back if anything ever needs attention. That's harder to promise from three counties away.

Do you cover my area?
Our core area is Cheshire, South Manchester, the Wirral, Liverpool, Wigan and Chester, plus selected work in North Wales. If you're just outside it, ask anyway — for a larger project we'll often travel further.
Do you charge for travel or a site visit?
No. Site visits and written quotations are free anywhere in our coverage area, with no obligation.
How quickly can you come out to quote?
Usually within a few days, and often sooner in Cheshire and South Manchester. We'll agree a time that suits you rather than giving you a vague window.
Do you work for developers across the whole area?
Yes. We take on rendering and brick and blockwork packages for developers and main contractors throughout the region, working to drawings and to a programme.
